At Hooves & Paws, we bring our barnyard to your backyard! Licensed by the USDA (as required under the Animal Welfare Act), our family-owned and operated mobile petting zoo and ponies come to your San Diego County location! We offer gentle ponies for hand-led rides, as well as a petting zoo that consists of a variety of goats, bunnies, a lamb, unique silkie chickens and a potbelly pig. Upon request, a miniature donkey and/or miniature horse may also be added to the petting zoo. When these gentle, friendly and cuddly animals interact with your children, we’re paws-itive the experience will be one they will always cherish!

The animals of Hooves & Paws are all our personal pets and receive the highest level of care and nutrition. They are all properly vaccinated, groomed daily and have been fully “Kid-Tested, Mother-Approved.”

During the petting zoo, participants join our animals within a secure, attractive portable fencing system—enabling guests to enjoy these cute and cuddly critters up close. Our ponies are led by experienced handlers and all riders are fitted with a safety helmet.
